01 Definitions and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the rajabaji platform and all of its services. The terms listed below are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Platform" — The rajabajibet.cam website and its associated mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has opened an account on rajabaji or is in the process of doing so.
• "Services" — All casino games, sports betting, live casino, bingo and other entertainment activities offered under rajabaji.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal or bonus claim activity on the platform.
• "Bet" — A specified amount of money placed to participate in a game or event.

02 Account Registration

When opening an account, the user must provide an active mobile number, a password and personal details. The mobile number will be confirmed via OTP verification. Once registration is complete, the user will be able to log in to their account.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing the password with or allowing any other person to use the account is prohibited. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, the rajabaji support team must be notified immediately.

03 Account Verification

rajabaji may verify a user's identity at any time when required. This verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account.
• Any other supporting documents as requested by rajabaji.

3.2 Delay or Failure to Verify

If the correct documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and transactions may be put on hold. Once verification is complete, normal service will resume.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds on the rajabaji platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds must be sent only from a payment account registered in the user's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — that is, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 5 and 30 minutes.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

rajabaji reserves the right to review any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent. The relevant amount may be temporarily held during the review.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

rajabaji offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own conditions, which must be read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn — meaning a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly rajabaji Deposit Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 20x wagering.
• rajabaji Cricket Dhamaka: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering.
• Daily rajabaji Reward: 20% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, 15x wagering.
• Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳1,500, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend and Play rajabaji: Up to ৳2,000, 12x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, the deposited amount will not be refunded.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• rajabaji reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.

06 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

rajabaji offers betting on various sports including cricket and football. Each bet will be settled according to the defined rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled in accordance with the relevant rules.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

The specific game rules apply to all casino games including slots, baccarat, roulette and Teen Patti. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the decision to restart the game or refund the bet amount rests with rajabaji.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set separately for each game or market and will be clearly displayed in the game interface. rajabaji reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Failures

rajabaji will not be liable for any loss caused by server issues, network disruptions or other technical problems. rajabaji may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance at any time to ensure fair gaming.

07 Fair Use Policy

Ensuring a fair and transparent environment for all members on the rajabaji platform is our priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to influence game or betting outcomes using any software, bot or automated method.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account or steal their information.
• Deliberately exploiting programming or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to cause harm to another member.

If a violation of this policy is established, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by rajabaji

rajabaji may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest use of the services.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time.
• Order from a court or government authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. To do so, they must contact the support team via rajabaji live chat or email. If the applicable bonus conditions have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

12 Changes to Terms
